The LIFE RESYSTAL project is looking for healthcare facilities interested in improving their resilience to climate change. Join our scaling network to help foster an exchange of best practice and support a consistent approach that combines climate change mitigation and adaptation efforts across European healthcare.
To prepare for the increase in frequency and severity of extreme weather events, hospitals need to step up their resilience efforts to protect their patients and communities. The LIFE RESYSTAL project will provide tools for hospitals to carry out climate change impact assessments, so they can be better prepared and resilient to crises and emergency situations, whether climate or health related.
By joining the scaling network, hospitals and healthcare professionals will be updated on the project’s process and be the first to be able to use its various tools and resources.
Participation in the scaling network is open to representatives of the health sector, federations or networks of hospitals, and hospitals that are interested in using the project outputs to foster their resilience to climate change.
The network will facilitate dialogue amongst healthcare representatives to ensure that the project outputs are widely applicable and take into account diverse climate risks or unique critical infrastructure.
